  • Please note: This service requires confirmation. We need to confirm the availability of our Photographer for the day and time of your party.

DISCLAIMER: Little Princess Spa holds the right to cancel and/ or remove vendor services due to any unforeseen emergency situation that our vendors may run into even at the last minute. We will then remove the vendor charge to your invoice or the contracted price between the vendor service and the Spa is what will be discounted from your invoice. Please be advised that the customer WILL NOT receive any additional reimbursement or discount on your invoice total and/ or balance for a vendor that does not show up due to any unforeseen emergency situation. The PHOTOGRAPHER agrees to provide no fewer than the numbers of pictures stated above for The CLIENT to view after the event and is not required to provide more than this number of images.  The PHOTOGRAPHER will perform basic post-processing or digital image editing services on these photos where artistically necessary.  Little Princess Spa will deliver photos to The CLIENT within no more than 14 days after the date of the event.  The PHOTOGRAPHER has no duty to retain copies or originals of files or photos from the event.  It is the responsibility of The CLIENT to store, and backup photos after customers receives the email with their photo files. The photos will be delivered in a form of an online gallery and any additional images and/or slide show videos will be up to the PHOTOGRAPHER’s discretion. In regards to slide show videos, The PHOTOGRAPHER reserves the right to edit and delivers the final product as is, no further editing should be required. The CLIENT understands and agrees that digital photographs copyrights are the exclusive property of The PHOTOGRAPHER & Little Princess Spa and the CLIENT,  has no right to these photos except for personal use and sharing on social media platforms. The PHOTOGRAPHER agrees to license photos to The CLIENT from the event.  All photos delivered to CLIENT are licensed for CLIENT’S personal use only. The PHOTOGRAPHER and The CLIENT agree that The PHOTOGRAPHER is under no obligation to capture any specific moment or pose or person(s) during the SHOOT.  For example, The PHOTOGRAPHER has no liability for failing to capture the birthday girl doing a specific SPA service during the party.  The CLIENT is encouraged to provide a suggested photo list to The PHOTOGRAPHER no less than 24 hours prior to the SHOOT to include photos that The CLIENT would like PHOTOGRAPHER to shoot, but PHOTOGRAPHER has no liability for capturing any of the photos on the list. The CLIENT agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PHOTOGRAPHER for any liability, damage, or loss related to technological failure.  Cameras, hard drives, and memory cards are subject to technical failure.  PHOTOGRAPHER will take reasonable steps to prevent data loss but is not liable for loss of data due to technical failure.    The CLIENT agrees and understands that the quality of a photograph is entirely subjective.  The PHOTOGRAPHER will strive to present photos in a workmanlike manner but is not required to cater to the specific aesthetic preferences of The CLIENT.  Model Release In exchange for valid consideration, The CLIENT grants permission to The PHOTOGRAPHER, Little Princess Spa, and its assigns, licensees, and sublicensees, permission to use The CLIENT’S image or likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, trade, personal use, or any and all other uses.  Therefore, The PHOTOGRAPHER may use The CLIENT’S likeness and image on The PHOTOGRAPHER’S website or other advertising.

No, we are not open everyday, we open by appointment only. No walk-ins! You must schedule a date and time for Day Spa, Birthday Parties, or Haircuts.

We cater to young girls between the ages of 2 to 15. It is up for the parent/ adult to assess the maturity of their child to receive mini-spa services.

NO, there is NO refund for Parties or Day Spa appointments that are cancelled.

Little Princess Spa will not issue any refunds or change the day and time of the party, appointment or event. In the event of Force Majeure ONLY Little Princess Spa shall not be deemed in default or otherwise liable under these rules and policies due to its inability to perform its obligations by reason of any fire, earthquake, flood, substantial snowstorm, epidemic, accident, explosion, casualty, strike, lockout, labor controversy, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, cyber-terrorism, embargo, war, act of God, or any municipal, county, state or national ordinance or law, or any executive, administrative or judicial order (which order is not the result of any act or omission which would constitute a default hereunder), or any failure or delay of any transportation, power, or communications system or any other or similar cause not under SITE’S control (hereinafter all of the foregoing is collectively referred to as ‘FORCE MAJEURE’). Notwithstanding the foregoing, SITE shall be permitted to terminate this Agreement with or without notice to USER in the event that USER is prevented from performing hereunder due to FORCE MAJEURE. WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND; we will issue a credit of the deposit paid by you for you to use towards your next party/appointment/event; this only applies if force of majeure occurs.

We provide private parties such as Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Play Dates and Gender Reveal parties ; we also provide DAY SPA individual appointments for your girl to feel like a princess any day of the year.

Additionally we host Events throughout the year, haircuts, summer, spring and winter camps. And we also offer Classes (such as: Art, Dance, Stretch, DIY) at some locations.

We have a parents or “Mommies Lounge” with ample seating and a coffee table at the front of the Spa. We invite parents to enjoy their time but PLEASE be mindful of your child. The Fairies (our staff) are occupied providing the magical services and we appreciate the assistance of each parent in monitoring their child.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF A CHILD IS LOST, MISSING, OR WHO THE CHILD GOES HOME WITH.  We recommend parents or adults hosting the party to be aware of who is picking up each child.
